Parking lot striping
Crisp, bright lines that make your property look cared for and keep traffic moving.
Faded lines are one of the first things tenants and visitors notice. We restripe existing layouts and lay out new ones for apartment communities, retail centers, office parks and industrial sites across Western Washington.
You get one point of contact from the walk-through to the final photos, and we plan the work around your tenants so the lot stays usable.

How it works
Walk the site
We look at the lot, count stalls and note anything that needs fixing, so the quote matches what's really there.
Plan around tenants
We can stripe in sections or after hours, and we'll give you notice wording for residents or tenants if you need it.
Stripe and photograph
Lines go down clean and straight. You get before-and-after photos for your files.
Common questions
How often should a lot be restriped?
Busy lots usually need it every one to two years. Quieter lots can go longer. If your lines are hard to see in the rain or at night, it's time.
Do I need a site plan?
No. We can measure and count the lot ourselves. If you have a plan set, send it along and we'll work from it.
Can you work while the property is open?
Yes. We can do the lot in sections or schedule after hours so people can still park.
Should striping be done after sealcoating?
Yes. Sealcoat covers the old lines, so we restripe once the seal has cured. We can handle both as one project.
